Create a free account at myroutine.health/signup and grab your handle — your public URL is myroutine.health/[handle]. Add your name, bio and avatar, then make it unmistakably you with a cover, your own colours and your font. This is your home on the internet, so pick a handle you'll happily put in every bio.
Import everything you already have

Build your Stack — the products you genuinely use
Your Stack is your storefront. Add the gear, supplements and kit you actually use — paste any affiliate URL and hit Auto-fill to pull the image, name, price and currency for you. The bit that converts is the honest "why I use this" in your own words, plus your affiliate link on every product.
Shape your profile with tabs

All settings are at dashboard → Settings. They save instantly when you press Save Profile.
Identity
Display name
The name shown at the top of your public profile. Use your real name or brand name — spaces and capitals are fine.
Handle
Your public URL: myroutine.health/[handle]. Lowercase, numbers, hyphens only. Changing it changes your link everywhere — update your bio link when you do.
Bio
One or two lines under your name. Keep it to what you do and who you help.
Avatar & cover
Upload your photo and a cover image from the top of the Settings page. Square avatars look best; the cover is your first impression — make it count.
Tabs
Compose your profile
Start with the three base tabs — Stack, Content, Links. On Pro, add up to three more and name them: a second Stack, a Timetable, a Competition record, or extra Links. Rename, reorder and hide any tab whenever you like.
Location & hours
Location
Search for your gym or venue and confirm the address. A map and your contact details appear on your public profile — and Google picks up your location for local search.
Opening times
Set your hours for each day of the week. Displayed on your public profile.
Quick Sign Up button
Add a membership, booking or registration URL and a label (e.g. 'Join Now' or 'Register'). A prominent button pins to the top of your public profile, driving visitors straight to sign up.
Competition record
Competition Results
Add your record — name, date, achievement (e.g. 'Gold Medal') and optional category. It powers a Competition tab on your public profile, which you can show or hide any time.
Social links
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X
Add your handles (without @). They appear as icons on your public profile. You can also import these automatically using Import from URL.
Work With Me
Work With Me button
Toggle it on, add a short tagline and your booking or contact link. A "Work With Me" button pins to your public profile.
Creator Tags
Up to 3 tags
Short tags shown on your profile — credential, niche or discipline. E.g. "Olympic Sprinter", "BJJ Black Belt", "RD Nutritionist".

Highlight a charity or initiative you support. Adds a banner to your profile with a link and your reason for backing it.
Referrals
Earn ~15% on creators you refer
Keep the referral banner on. It shows a tasteful 'Join MyRoutine' prompt on your profile — and you earn roughly 15% recurring commission on creators who go Pro through your link.
SEO & Discovery
Page title
What appears in Google search results for your profile. Default is your name — you can customise it for better local or niche search ranking.
Meta description
The description snippet Google shows under your title. Write for the person searching for you, not for bots.
